Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-21
ScrubStarScrubs.org is an independent, US-based informational site about Scrubstar apparel. We are not affiliated with Scrubstar itself; we're a fan and review resource that links out to third-party retailers where their products can be purchased. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens (and doesn't happen) with your information when you visit.
1. Information We Collect
We don't collect personal information through this site. ScrubStarScrubs.org is a static site with no user accounts, no e-commerce checkout, and no forms that save data to a database. We don't run analytics software, and we don't track your browsing behavior on this site. In short: there's nothing here to breach, sell, or share, because we don't gather it in the first place.
2. Cookies
This site itself does not set cookies. However, once you click through to a linked retailer to view or purchase a product, that retailer's own site may set cookies for things like shopping carts, session tracking, or advertising. Those cookies are controlled by the retailer, not by us, and are subject to that retailer's own cookie practices.
3. Third-Party Links
Most of the links on ScrubStarScrubs.org point to third-party retail websites where you can buy Scrubstar products. When you leave our site and land on one of those retailers, their privacy policy and terms of service take over completely. We have no control over what those sites collect, how long they keep it, or who they share it with. We'd suggest reading a retailer's privacy policy before entering any payment or account information there.
4. Contact Form
Our contact page includes a form so you can reach us with questions or feedback. That form does not store submissions in a database on our end, and we don't build a mailing list or profile from it. Depending on how the form is delivered (for example, by email), your message may pass through a third-party form or email service to reach us, but we don't retain or reuse the information for marketing.
5. Children's Privacy
ScrubStarScrubs.org is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group. Since we don't collect information from any visitor regardless of age, this is largely a moot point, but we state it here for clarity and compliance.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information a business collects and the right to request deletion of that information. Because ScrubStarScrubs.org does not collect or sell personal information, there is generally nothing for us to disclose or delete. If you have questions about how this applies to your visit, contact us using the details below.
7. GDPR (EU Visitors)
If you're visiting from the European Union or European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may give you rights such as access, correction, and deletion of personal data. As with the CCPA section above, we don't collect personal data through this site, so there is little for these rights to act on here. If a linked retailer processes your data, GDPR rights would need to be exercised with that retailer directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the site, the law, or how we operate. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. We'd encourage you to check back occasionally, especially if you're revisiting the site after a long gap.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how ScrubStarScrubs.org operates, reach out through our contact page. We'll do our best to respond and clarify anything that's unclear.
